AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic Racing Grease

AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic Racing Grease is an extreme-pressure multi-purpose grease formulated for high-temperature/high-speed applications, such as racing. Yet, its outstanding load-bearing capacity suits it for use in low-speed, high-load bearings, a job usually reserved for heavy-duty greases. Components get the load-bearing capcity of a heavy-duty grease without sacrificing the high-temperature protection of a multi-purpose.

AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic Racing Grease offers outstanding wear protection. It passes the Ford Film Strength Endurance Test with a 16-point margin. Most non-solid fortified greases cannot pass this challenging wear protection test.

AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic Racing Grease offers excellent protection in low temperatures and high temperatures. It maintains outstanding low temperature pumpability and high temperature consistency. It is highly resistant to thermal and oxidative breakdown, which 1keeps components running clean and protected. It offers excellent water washout resistance and rust and corrosion inhibition.

AMSOIL Series 2000 Synthetic Racing Grease offers extended service life and extended shelf life.

Synthetic Heavy Duty Greases

AMSOIL Synthetic Heavy Duty Greases are moly-fortified greases formulated for low-speed high-load applications. They provide dependable performance in extreme pressure conditions.

AMSOIL GH Greases in grades #1 and #2 are recommended for use in manual or automatic lubricating systems. NLGI #1 (GHB) greases have better mobility and are the preferred choice for colder applications, for automatic lubrication systems with long pumping runs, and for gear box applications (where recommended by manufacturer). NLGI #2 (GHD) is the preferred choice for medium to high ambient temperatures, sleeve type bushings, high shock loading environments, high water environments, and is the primary choice for wheel bearings.

The correct consistency grade of AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP Grease is recommended for use in heavy and light duty applications found in manufacturing plants, automotive applications, agricultural equipment and construction equipment. These include, but are not limited to, roller bearings, plain bearings, gears, bushings, wheel bearings, chassis lubrication, universal joints, ball joints, tie-rod ends, steering knuckles, and heavily loaded pivot pins on mining and off road equipment such as power shovels, draglines, wheel and back hoe loaders, excavators and bulldozers. AMSOIL Heavy Duty EP Greases are suitable for use up to 325º F. When operating at elevated temperatures, frequent regreasing may be required.

Synthetic Multi-Purpose Greases

AMSOIL Synthetic Multi-Purpose Greases are formulated for high-speed/high temperature service. Their outstanding thermal and oxidative stability inhibits deposit formation and grease breakdown in high temperature applications. Their superior friction reducing ability helps keep high-speed components operating in their optimal temperature range and helps keep them running clean.

AMSOIL GLC Greases grade #2 is recommended for use in manual or automatic lubricating systems. NLGI #2 (GLC) is the preferred choice for medium to high ambient temperatures, sleeve type bushings, high shock loading environments, wet environments. and is the primary choice for wheel bearings.

NLGI #0 and NLGI #1 greases have better mobility and are preferred for cold temperature and automatic pump systems. NLGI #2 is the primary wheel bearing recommendation.

Synthetic Water Resistant Grease

AMSOIL Synthetic Water Resistant Lithium Complex Grease is an extreme-pressure multi-purpose grease formulated specially for wet-duty performance. Its water washout and sprayoff resistance ideally suit it for use in the wheel bearings of vehicles and trailers frequently exposed to water, mud, snow or ice.

The grease is also excellent for use in plants, such as paper mills, in which machinery undergoes frequent or prolonged exposure to water.

Synthetic Water Resistant Lithium Complex Grease is formulated for utmost protection against water. Its outstanding resistance to washoff and anti-rust/anti-corrosion activity make it the preferred grease for components subjected to frequent or prolonged water contact. NLGI consistency grade #1-1/2. May replace NLGI #1 or #2 greases.

X-Treme Synthetic Polymer Food Grade Grease

Semi-Fluid 00 Synthetic EP Grease

AMSOIL Semi-Fluid 00 Synthetic EP Grease is a problem-solving lubricant ideal for leaky gear boxes in industrial and fleet applications and for use in applications that are difficult to service. It is primarily used in grease-filled cases where conventional semifluid greases do not provide adequate lubricant life or protection. AMSOIL Semi-Fluid 00 Synthetic EP Grease is the primary grease recommendation for truck wheel hubs as outlined in RP 631, issued by The Maintenance Council of the American Trucking Association.

GVC Lithium Complex High Viscosity Synthetic Grease

AMSOIL GVC is excellent for use in heavy duty industrial and off road applications where equipment is working under adverse conditions such as exposure to environmental elements, slow, heavily-loaded applications and shock-loading conditions. Use GVC in wet applications requiring excellent water resistance and in high temperature applications up to 350°F continuous service and 400°F intermittent service. The lithium complex thickener system and high viscosity base oil provide top performance in hostile environments and heavy duty industrial or of road applications where typical multipurpose greases may not perform up to standards.

Synthetic Fifth Wheel & Open Gear Compound

AMSOIL GFW may be applied to fifth wheels, open gears, wire ropes, chains, flexible couplings, sliding surfaces of drag lines and shovels, construction equipment, dredging equipment or any application where a heavy, tenacious lubricant is required.

AMSOIL Synthetic Fifth Wheel and Open Gear Compound (GFW) is based on novel, proprietary technology resulting in a lubricant that does not use asphaltic materials, residual compounded oils or diluent solvents as part of the lubricant formulation.* Typical gear compounds are composed of asphaltic and residual oils cut with solvent to ease application and use. Synthetic GFW does not require solvents to assist the product in application and use, even in cold weather. GFW meets the AGMA specification 14R for open gear lubricants.

AMSOIL GFW provides excellent adhesion to surfaces, resistance to water washout and protection against rust, corrosion and wear. GFW virtually eliminates common deficiencies of residual oils and asphaltic compounds such as narrow operating temperature range, flaking, poor adhesion, water washout and environmental concerns.
